Elevator Sales Portfolio Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of elevator units, maintaining effective working relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will also be able to recover lost clients, serve as the primary contact for customer needs through consultations, and develop new customers through calls, networking, offers, and bids.
Additionally, this role requires developing your own sales strategy to meet sales targets, using sales tools from Otis to effectively track opportunities, pipelines, and forecast sales results.
You will conduct sales negotiations for services, repairs, and modernization, close deals, reverse contract cancellations, and collaborate with other team members, including sales representatives and field colleagues.
