Job Title: Site Operations Leader

As a Site Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of operational sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, data analysis, and team management. You will be expected to drive progressive process improvements and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your sites and across the broader Amazon Transportation network in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining health and safety standards within your area of responsibility while promoting and fostering a strong safety culture on site
  • Becoming proficient in specific large-scale processes and activities within SCPs, such as 5S audits
