The Country Finance function is a critical component of the organization, responsible for financial control, financial reporting, financial compliance, and legal entity control of subsidiaries in Brazil.
This role involves acting as a financial controller for the legal entities, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial records, including monthly transaction processing, reconciliations, and the establishment of accounting processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial management and analysis to support business decisions.
- Reviewing accounting records, preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, supporting schedules, footnotes, and detailed analysis as required.
Requirements:
Postgraduate accounting qualification, preferably CA or CPA
5-10 years' experience in Financial Accounting
Expertise in performing regular compliance activities which form part of ongoing monitoring and control – monthly financial review of entity balances, attestation of all Legal Entity owned balances, impairment reviews, preparation of financial reports for Board Meetings
