- Supporting HR and leadership in labor strategies, disciplinary actions, and organizational changes is a crucial aspect of this role.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- \
- Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Labor Relations are preferred.
- \
- Experience in labor relations within industrial/global environments, solid knowledge of CLT, CBAs, union structures, eSocial, DIRF/GFIP, Payroll Compliance, familiarity with labor court procedures and inspections, and expertise with labor metrics and compliance reporting are essential.

This Labor & Union Relations Specialist must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze complex data and information, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive labor matters.
