Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have experience working with complex systems, including storage and backup solutions, and be familiar with industry-standard tools and technologies such as Veeam and CommVault.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Providing level 2/3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

• Developing and maintaining knowledge of new technologies and solutions

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Performing regular backups and disaster recovery testing

• Analyzing system performance and implementing improvements as needed

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support

• Strong understanding of storage and backup solutions

• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
