Highly Skilled Windows Infrastructure Specialist

As a skilled system administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' Windows environments. This includes troubleshooting system and network issues, administering core Microsoft infrastructure services, and collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Active Directory Management: Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
- Windows Services Configuration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Issue Resolution: Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
- Connectivity Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in Windows system administration is required.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services, as well as proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments are essential.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are required.
