About the Job

Transform Global Supply Chain Operations

As a Change Management and Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving successful transformations across our global operations.

You will support the Change & Communication Lead in deploying our strategic Change Management & Communication Roadmap.

This involves working closely with supply chain leaders, digital transformation experts, and operational teams across multiple sites and countries.

  • Deployment of the communication plan
  • Preparation of relevant presentations and onboarding sessions
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure good communication and consistency
  • Preparation and implementation of Change Actions
  • Basic follow-up of project management to ensure key milestones are met
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
  • Creating engaging content to promote cultural shifts and organizational change
Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in a related field, preferably in communications, change management or social sciences

Education: Master's degree in Communications, Human Resources or related field

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management experience, attention to detail and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
