Highly Skilled Software Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to lead our software development process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product configurations on software, meeting the unique requirements for a diverse product line.
- Lead integration and verification processes with product owners for in-house software development and coordinate with component owners for supplier software.
- Act as quality gatekeeper on release content and delivery notes for every release.
- Create and maintain the software delivery plan through continuous communication with stakeholders.
- Assess regulatory impacts for software deliveries throughout the development lifecycle, including supplier software.
- Ensure software and hardware compatibility.
- Ensure commonality between product configurations to optimize software variants delivered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or similar field.
- Embedded systems knowledge: Good understanding of basic HW components (ECUs, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses) and SW design (basic SW architecture, communication protocols, diagnostics).
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with others.
- Truck knowledge: Understanding how different systems in a truck interact and work together.
- Software knowledge: Knowing the basic principles and processes for how SW is developed, integrated, verified, and deployed.
- International experience with a global organization is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and requirement tools is a plus.
