Technical Recruiting Leader

The Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting will lead the hiring strategy and execution across technical hiring teams.
This is a leadership role that requires expertise in recruiting, talent acquisition, and team management. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of recruiters to meet current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and deploying forecasting, reporting, and analytics rigor to track key recruiting metrics.
- Providing expert guidance to leaders and hiring managers on attracting, selecting, onboard, and retaining highly-skilled candidates.
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of processes, tools, and systems needed to scale and support the recruiting team.
- Building proactive hiring strategies supporting org design, succession planning, and always-on talent pipeline.
You will focus on creating strategic talent engagements with prospective talent pools and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive employment brand opportunities.
