Technical Recruiting Strategist

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our technical recruiting strategy in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting plan to acquire top diverse talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of recruiters with a focus on industry knowledge, innovation, and performance metrics.
- Deploy forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools to track key recruiting metrics and measure progress against team objectives.
This role will oversee the hiring strategy and execution across our technical hiring teams in Brazil and report directly to the Sr. Director, Technical Recruiting in our People organization.
Requirements- A minimum of 10 years of recruiting or equivalent business experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams within hyper-growth environments.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Ambitious, authentic, inspiring, and hands-on leader with experience driving, building, and scaling recruiting teams in fast-paced environments.
- Possesses a passion for learning, knowledge acquisition, and candid feedback.
- Courageous, able to take on challenging goals and adapt to changing circumstances.
