About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Recruiting Manager to join our team and help us drive business growth through strategic talent acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our recruiting efforts in Brazil, working closely with our hiring teams to execute strategies that deliver top diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive recruiting strategy at scale to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead the hiring process across technical hiring teams investing in Brazil, and report directly to the Director of Recruiting.
  • Attract, develop, and retain recruiters of all levels and capabilities, focusing on industry knowledge and innovation.
  • Use data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics and measure progress against team OKRs.
  • Deliver ongoing reports to track results, impact, hiring quality, and cost-effectiveness of the recruiting team.
  • Proactively communicate strategy updates and team productivity to leadership and hiring teams.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders and hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, and retain highly-skilled candidates.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of recruiting or equivalent business experience, with 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams in hyper-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Authentic, inspiring, and hands-on leadership with experience driving, building, and scaling recruiting teams.
  • Bias for action and fierce commitment to excel in pursuit of business goals.
  • Adaptable and superior communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) at all levels.
