Hiring Manager - HR Services


Role Overview:

This role serves as a crucial member of the Regional HR Business Partner team, working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues to execute strategic people initiatives across offices in Latin America and Canada.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Support local HRBP in responding to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, recruitment, benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Manage onboarding process including administering new hire documentation, communications, and other actions to enhance the new hires' experience, including facilitating training.
  • Coordinate full-cycle exit process for regular and fixed-term employees.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling talent development initiatives.
  • Support implementation of early career programs, including yearly internship and trainee programs.
  • Support employee engagement related initiatives and programs.
  • Manage diverse sets of HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Operations & Administration:
  • Collaborate with finance team, payroll providers, and local HRBP on administration/processing of monthly payroll for all territories.
  • Liaise with HRIS team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions, including completion of documentation.
  • Analyze data using reporting platforms to ensure data integrity.
  • Support finance team with vendor-related tasks, including onboarding vendors and ensuring payment processing.
  • Provide support on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) and quarterly business reviews.
  • Offer assistance on other HR projects as necessary.

Benefits and Mobility:
  • Administer benefits programs for Latin America and Canada.
  • Support management of Latin America and Canada wellness programs by working closely with global international benefits team; helping plan and implement classes and trainings.
  • Manage leave of absence processes and support employees with leave requests.
  • Partner with mobility and immigration providers as well as employees to assist with visa processing and administration.
