We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our recruitment process, source and engage top talent, and collaborate with managers to define roles.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple platforms
- Partnering with managers to define job descriptions and requirements
- Creating job postings and managing offers
- Developing and maintaining our employer brand
You will work closely with our team to identify and attract top talent, providing regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process. If you possess excellent communication skills, experience working in a fast-changing environment, and a proactive approach, we encourage you to apply.
