Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent to drive business growth and success.

You will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and developing innovative solutions to address our talent needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

You will also collaborate with HR and leadership to identify recruitment trends and develop strategies to improve our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3 years' minimum full-cycle recruitment experience on a regional or national level
  • Experience in high volume staffing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully
  • Solid communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in
  • Ability to gather data, analyze, and present findings to various audiences
