Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to work in a dynamic, international environment with the chance to directly influence our growth and structuring.

As a key member of our People division, you will oversee a team within the Talent Acquisition department, playing a critical role in sustaining our expansion and team growth by servicing hiring needs in Brazil and our international markets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals;
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines;
  • Define recruitment KPIs, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders;
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g., position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication);
  • Lead key projects and initiatives focused on driving organizational growth and optimizing talent acquisition processes.

Requirements:

  • You are a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and new challenges. You are a team player with a talent for fostering collaboration with diverse personalities. You are passionate about talent acquisition and understand the importance of solid processes and data.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
  • You have advanced English language skills, which are essential for international expansion. Spanish or another language is a plus;
  • You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire people around you as well as stand out within a talented team of TA professionals;
  • You have excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • You are autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
