Let's Start with the roleYou'll lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, a critical sub-team of our People division.
We play a key role in sustaining the company's expansion and team growth by servicing hiring needs of our local team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of international Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for hiring across Business & Operations divisions.As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals;Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent;Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines;Define recruitment KPIs, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement;Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders;Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience;Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication);Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements.What you'll bringYou're a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and new challenges.

But apart from that, you have:A solid TA experience in recruitment and people management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment;Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion.
