Job description:

  1. According to the company's annual strategic plan, assist the recruitment and configuration department manager in developing annual and monthly recruitment plans, and execute them according to the plan;

  2. Responsible for the development and follow-up of recruitment work, including but not limited to searching resumes, screening candidate information, organizing interviews, salary negotiations, background checks, onboarding guidance, regularization processing, and other full process work;

  3. Responsible for information input, updating, and maintenance of the EHR system.

Job requirements:

  1. Good educational background, with priority given to majors in human resources, psychology, business management, and other related fields;

  2. Applicants with over 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mid to high end positions or manufacturing industry positions;

  3. Has good logical thinking and analytical skills, adept at communication and coordination.

  4. Have a certain foundation in Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$8, R$12,000.00 per month
