Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • You will utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet talent acquisition goals.
  • Screen and assess incoming applications from various sources; coordinate and lead interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records in internal systems.
  • Advertise vacancies through diverse channels and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external talent sources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally focused on volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A true team player with the ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
