Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to improve dealer network performance
  • Lead projects to implement solutions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of AGCO processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
