About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to lead our commercial growth strategy, focusing on winning deals in key markets and verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to develop targeted commercial offers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
  • Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
  • Document, track, and analyze sales pipelines using CRM tools to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
  • Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel by working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
