Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of our cutting-edge products and services.

  • Engage with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring your recommendations to create personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Closedeals by providing accurate information, pricing, and ensuring every interaction moves you closer to hitting—and surpassing—your sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights to effectively address queries or objections.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve team sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by following up on their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.
