Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive recruitment and talent hunting to fill open positions.
  • Managing administrative processes and people operations efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet their business needs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our HR/operations function within a growing company.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC.
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
