Software Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to find and engage top IT professionals for our international operations in Sweden.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of finding and recruiting skilled engineers with at least 5 years of experience in the IT sector or similar technical fields. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a solid network of local engineering talent within IT, and upper intermediate English language proficiency.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to take initiative. They will work closely with a global team of recruiters and executive management to identify and attract the best talent for our organization.

The role involves building trust with suitable candidates, supporting them through the relocation process, and ensuring they have all the necessary information about living and working in Sweden. This includes providing guidance on housing, per diem, and other benefits that come with working for us.

Responsibilities:
  • Finding and engaging top IT professionals for our international operations
  • Building relationships with local engineering talent within IT
  • Supporting candidates through the relocation process
  • Collaborating with a global team of recruiters and executive management
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical fields
  • Solid network of local engineering talent within IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
