Job Description:

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Physician to join our Medical Affairs team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic and tactical medical planning to support the development and launch of our diabetes products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of brand plans and medical strategies to support the launch and growth of our diabetes products.
  • Provide clinical and scientific support to cross-functional teams, including pricing, reimbursement, and access (PRA) planning.
  • Deliver scientific, educational, and promotional presentations to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement medical meetings and events to support the development and launch of our diabetes products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical and scientific developments in the field of diabetes and apply this knowledge to support the development and launch of our products.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD) with specialization in endocrinology.
  • English proficiency (advanced or fluent) for reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Previous experience in medical affairs in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in the diabetes or obesity therapeutic area.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial/business acumen and ability to contribute to business growth.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into meaningful, clear, and compliant content for customer communications and engagement.
  • Ability to effectively partner across multiple functions and manage complex deliverables.
