Feasibility Manager Job Description

At ICON, we're seeking a highly skilled Feasibility Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical project team, you'll play a critical role in managing the feasibility process and providing strategic recruitment planning and site ID support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the feasibility process, including the assessment of internal and external performance metrics, demographics, and data on patient populations.
  • Develop and implement feasibility strategies to support client interactions and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Provide input and advice on operational strategy to support business development activities.
  • Assess the viability of proposed projects and provide recommendations to the proposal and project teams.
  • Supervise less senior feasibility associates during bid defense meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a life science, communication, or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in drug development, with at least 1 year of experience in conducting feasibility studies or site identification/recruitment planning for global studies.
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication, written, and oral skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively across departments, with senior management, clinical project teams, clients, and experts inside and outside ICON.
