We are seeking a skilled professional to provide career guidance and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one calls with clients to discuss their career objectives and aspirations.
- Develop and refine resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for clients.
- Counsel clients on effective job search strategies, including networking and personal branding.
- Host mock interviews to offer constructive feedback and advice.
- Source top talent for IT and senior positions.
- Search and apply for job openings on behalf of clients.
- Create engaging content for social media related to career development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career coaching and resume writing.
- Prior experience in recruiting or training and development is an asset.
- A degree in Psychology, HR, or Communications.
- Coaching certification or Career Practitioner Certification is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of career resources in Canada.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- A high level of curiosity, creativity, and empathy.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
