Job Title: Contract Management Professional

Are you a skilled contract management professional with experience in the energy industry? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Contract Management Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and orders for the supply of materials and/or services. Your duties will include analyzing contracts/orders in detail, preparing and implementing action plans for contract performance and risk mitigation, conducting meetings and contacts with customers, and providing information on a monthly basis to carry out commercial planning and management activities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Masters in Engineering Electric, Civil or Mechanical;
* Proven experience in Energy industry;
* Flexibility and Dynamism;
* Good relationship approach - good communication skills;
* Team working capability;
* Problem solving and target oriented - pragmatic to solve engineering problems;
* Capability to set and to handle pragmatically the priorities;
* Capacity to understand and conceptualize complexity into concise frameworks;
* Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the work;

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer complaints and material returns;
- Participate in meetings with customers to monitor and negotiate contracts;
- Maintain and control file of documentation related to Contracts and Orders;
- Prepare procedures and Data Books necessary to fulfill the contract;
- Establish continuous monitoring of contract management processes and their KPIs;
- Manage supplier payments with confirmation of the execution of the object, before releasing the payment;
- Provide support and monitor the monthly maintenance of documents;
