Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and optimizing hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving product performance problems, and performing maintenance and repairs.

You will also ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance and proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a science field, advanced English verbal and written communication skills, and 4+ years of experience in a similar position or as an end user.
