The role of a Field Service Specialist is crucial in delivering top-notch support and service to our customers. This includes:

  • Repairing and maintaining analytical instrumentation
  • Performing equipment installations from delivery to completion
  • Responding to customer inquiries within 4 hours
  • Conducting preventative maintenance per schedule
  • Maintaining excellent communication with the Service Manager
  • Managing direct account responsibility with minimal supervision
  • Assisting in reaching department and individual goals

As a Field Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with a talented team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with applicable ISO9000 directives and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation Maintenance: Repair and maintain analytical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Installation: Install and commission new equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
