The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of Workday HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability. This involves managing and optimizing various HR processes, including data accuracy, system integration, and project leadership.
This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement using Workday and other analytics tools.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Workday, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of driving system-related projects in complex multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily Workday operations to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.
- Lead system-related projects, including Workday implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Workday and other HR systems.
