We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies and driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their teams' dynamics and implement people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Provide expert support and coaching to managers on talent development, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational structure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR solutions align with business objectives while prioritizing employee experience.
Talent Insights:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for workforce strategy and talent-related decisions.
- Utilize key HR metrics such as attrition and engagement to inform HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Leadership) to ensure people strategies are informed by relevant data.
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of and interest in utilizing HR data to drive insights.
- Experience working with HR systems and basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
- Previous experience in one or more HR disciplines (recruiting, talent development, compensation, people operations, or as an HRBP).
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions using qualitative understanding and quantitative insights.
