About the Role

The International Trade Manager leads a team designing short, mid and long-term strategies for efficient import and export processes.

They plan and execute actions linked to the Product Import and Exports strategy ensuring timely and efficient exploration product supply to external customers or affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire customs process related to importing and exporting goods requiring import or export clearance.
  • Check supplier documentation complete formalities deal with and support local custom brokers carriers/haulers and Material Call off function.
  • Sign all import and export requests as the legal representative.
  • Drive negotiations discussions and communication with external customs agents at national level.
  • Evaluate and propose the annual international logistics budget.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and governance on imports and exports operations.

Shared accountability for OTIF to request in partnership with Supply Directors Customer Care and logistics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management International business Engineering Operations Business management and/or a related field.
  • +5-7 years of foreign trade experience in food industry.
  • Background in International or National Logistics knowledge of international import and export trade terms (INCOTERMS etc.).
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • SAP management.
  • Personnel management.
