Implementation Consultant

As a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle, you will deliver solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
  • Manage customer and internal project team relationships and communication throughout the project.
  • Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project teams.
  • Offer solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and management of change orders.
  • Perform solution testing and coordinate with quality assurance teams for QA testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver onsite or remote customer-specific training programs during project implementations.
  • Assist Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.

You will work in our Professional Services organization within the Consulting Function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting. You will have access to the entire Global Services community for support, consisting of incredibly talented peers, project managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts.
