Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Project Manager for our division that focuses on providing services to law firms across the United States.

This position will join our Advertising team, which provides U.S. immigration-based recruitment advertising and consulting services to U.S. lawyers and law firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all project lifecycle stages from ideation to sunset.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven working experience in an environment requiring close attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects.
  • Clear, effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, including with remote teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Reliable internet access.
