Strategic Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical and strategic skills to navigate complex financial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Act on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury management.
- Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a holistic view of financial processes.
- Interact with multiple teams including treasury, risk, operations, compliance, and technology departments.
- Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex financial products and services.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial project management.
- Strong knowledge of financial products including fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and trade finance.
- Holistic understanding of financial processes across the Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk Management.
- Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools and technologies.
- Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Spanish language.
- Experience in financial risk management including market, counterparty, and asset-liability management.
- Knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with digitalization or automation of financial processes and systems.
- Postgraduate or MBA in Finance, Banking Systems, or Data Analytics.
- CPA-20 or CEA certification.
- PSPO/CSPO (Product Owner) or PMI-ACP/PMP (Project Management) certification.
- SCRUM Master certification.
