**Structural Engineering Career Opportunity**

We are seeking a driven professional to join our structural engineering team as a Graduate Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to be mentored by experienced engineers while working on complex, high-profile projects in commercial, institutional, mission critical, educational, aviation, and healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in building structures and structural systems. Familiarity with structural design software such as RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar, and Autodesk Revit is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

This is an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience in the field and contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports. You will also participate in site observations and construction administration activities, gaining exposure to client meetings and industry networking events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior engineers with structural analysis, design, and detailing using hand calculations and computer modeling.
  • Support in selecting project materials, preparing specifications, and coordinating with architects and other disciplines.
  • Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.
  • Participate in site observations and construction administration activities.
  • Gain exposure to client meetings and industry networking events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Strong interest in building structures and structural systems.
  • Familiarity with structural design software such as RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar, and Autodesk Revit is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
