We're looking for a driven Graduate Engineer to join our structural engineering team in Balem, Para. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to be mentored by experienced engineers while working on complex, high-profile projects in commercial, institutional, mission critical, educational, aviation, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior engineers with structural analysis, design, and detailing using hand calculations and computer modeling.
  • Support in selecting project materials, preparing specifications, and coordinating with architects and other disciplines.
  • Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.
  • Participate in site observations and construction administration activities.
  • Gain exposure to client meetings and industry networking events.
What We're Looking For
  • BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Strong interest in building structures and structural systems.
  • Familiarity with structural design software (RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar) and Autodesk Revit is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow into a licensed Professional Engineer.
