- Contribute to defining and monitoring metrics and KPIs for the teams.
- E nsure that team coordination and development processes are executed efficiently.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development related roles in relevant organizations.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English Level.
