Quality Assurance Program Manager

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our e-commerce platform and developing training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a quality framework that aligns with business objectives and ensures efficient performance monitoring.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and address quality issues, and develop improvement plans.
- Research and understand customer expectations to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and calibrate training materials, including SOPs and system tests, to meet launch readiness requirements.
- Conduct continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide feedback on existing curriculum for training improvements.
- Prepare training booklets, administer tests, and complete daily reports on training experience.
- Actively work with QA to ensure alignment of technical specifications and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
- 3 years of experience in training, preferably in customer service.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and executing training programs.
