Quality Assurance Program Manager

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our e-commerce platform and training programs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a quality framework that aligns with business objectives and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills among our team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and develop improvement plans to enhance quality performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain statistical reports and insights on quality performance.
- Calibrate and certify trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency in training delivery.
- Support the launch readiness requirements for new countries by setting up SOPs, translating local languages, and testing systems and processes.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills among our team members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required for the role.
- 3 years of experience in training, preferably in customer service.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and executing training programs.
