This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, preferably in high-growth environments, and a strong analytical mindset.
The successful candidate will be able to build financial models, deliver actionable insights, and make recommendations that balance growth with efficiency.
About the RolePartner with business leaders to design and deliver financial strategies that drive performance.
Own detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, and reporting that influence decision-making.
Identify opportunities and risks, providing recommendations that optimize financial performance.
Lead budgeting and forecasting for specific business units, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Help design financial processes and systems that improve reporting accuracy and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally on projects involving product, operations, and data.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
6-8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to build financial models.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
Some leadership exposure (mentoring, leading small projects) with potential to grow into broader leadership.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Advanced English language skills.
