Strategic Financial Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to craft financial strategies and plans that drive the success of edge business divisions. You will also dive into detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making and track the company's progress.

In this role, you will identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Additionally, you will collaborate across teams on exciting projects that drive product and data-related financial initiatives, reducing financial risks while helping the business thrive. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and mentor and support junior finance team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a STEM field, and 5+ years of experience in a finance-related role. They will have exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, as well as a proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering strategic insights.

They will also have a collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, enabling them to influence and work effectively with people at all levels. Advanced language skills in English and Portuguese are a plus.
