As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for assisting the business team with all financial matters. This includes formulating and optimizing financial processes and rules, providing professional financial advice, and promoting effective implementation.
You will support financial operations for new country/city launches, ensuring seamless business-related financial processes, and managing financial risks.
Collaboration with expert financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., is essential to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
You will evaluate investments and expected returns of new business initiatives, provide financial support for business growth, and participate in company business planning work.
The role requires a deep understanding of the business, close collaboration with business partners, establishing an effective financial analysis system, conducting in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities, and indicating potential risks.
In addition, you will contribute to the development of financial digitalization strategies, proposing demands and suggestions from an analytical perspective.
