About the Job

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and financial expertise to various teams across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve financial controls, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze financial performance and make informed decisions.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial plans, forecasts, and analysis to support business strategies.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Risk Management: Analyze and mitigate financial risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize potential losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial reports and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a field such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Quantitative Experience: Proven experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
