Oncology Medical Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Medical Manager to lead our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will involve managing a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, conducting effective performance management, and assisting with external stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans. They will also possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a matrix.

Responsibilities will include defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials, developing tactical and operational plans, and integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications
  • MD is desirable
  • Deep knowledge of drug development process
  • 3-5 Years Work Experience as Medical Manager
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen
  • Teamwork and negotiation skills
