Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Drilling Fluids Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supervising drilling fluids operations, optimizing parameters, and building successful customer relationships.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex drilling problems. You will also be responsible for conducting business activities in accordance with company policies and providing onsite services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping.

Maintaining fluid properties on rig sites is a key aspect of this role. You will need to test fluid properties accurately and maintain inventory at customer well sites. Providing effective customer service is also crucial, as you will need to keep customers and coordinators informed about the progress of a rig site.

To be successful in this role, you will require industry experience and product line training. A bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Chemistry is also required, along with excellent functional/technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work mostly offshore. We recognize that everyone is different and want to provide a working environment that allows each person to deliver their best.
