Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of new products and services. As a Product Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define product features, lead product development teams to design, build, and test products, conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions, and partner with sales and marketing teams to launch new products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead product development teams to design, build, and test products.

  • Launch Management: Partner with sales and marketing teams to launch new products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA certification (or equivalent).
