Senior Headhunter for Swedish IT Industry

We are seeking a senior headhunter to find engineers ready to work in Sweden.

The ideal candidate will work with a global team to attract engineers, explain the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and support relocation and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage engineers for various roles in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and explain benefits and relocation options.
  • Coordinate with a global team to handle relocation logistics.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues worldwide.
  • Contribute to a team culture that helps engineers build a new career and life in Sweden.
Required Skills:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or related technical expertise.
  • A solid network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find solutions.
  • High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT models.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and capable of handling rejection.
  • Resilient, persistent, and capable of maintaining effort after setbacks.
Benefits:
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center.
  • Employment type: Full-time contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Competitive salary.
