We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us find top engineering talent in the Swedish IT industry.

  • Identify and engage engineers for various roles in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and explain relocation options.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple locations.
Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or related technical expertise.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for current challenges.
  • High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and capable of handling rejection constructively.
  • Resilient, persistent, and capable of maintaining effort after setbacks.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging engineers for software, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development roles in Sweden.
