The primary purpose of this role is to support product teams in analyzing, documenting, and monitoring functional capabilities of our products. This Business Analyst will support internal stakeholders and product owners with product documentation, specifications, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and elaborate on product requirements
  • Review software functionality developed and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze data and provide support for product reporting
  • Support the product team with updates to internal stakeholders as well as communications to clients
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in IT or as a business analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering is a plus
  • Superior presentation and organization skills
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
